OmicFabric was born from a simple frustration: the friction between scientific curiosity and technical barriers. Starting with a background in Biology and zero knowledge of coding, I saw first-hand how difficult it was for researchers to harness the full power of bioinformatics.
The "Aha" moment came when I realized that the AI revolution—specifically agentic AI and MCP technology—could bridge this gap. By combining biological expertise with Hugging Face's LLM tools, OmicFabric was created to turn complex data analysis into a conversation.
